Lisa Onorati

Scheduling Coordinator

Lisa Onorati has worked with the wealth management advisory team at Avail for the last ten years. In her role as scheduling coordinator, Lisa coordinates all client meetings and provides scheduling support for the entire Avail team, whether it be booking virtual meetings via videoconference or reserving space for onsite meetings.

Lisa’s background includes studying business at Mercer County College and the American Business School of New Jersey. Lisa started her career as a real estate agent, working for a private real estate company in Queens, New York, for eleven years. She then transitioned to working at a family office of a Fortune 100 company as a customer service executive. She was also involved with the insurance business, obtaining her licenses in Property & Casualty and Life & Health. After a six-year tenure in the role, Lisa joined the financial advisory practice of Scott and TJ (at predecessor firms to Avail) in 2012 in a marketing capacity, where she also assisted with their insurance business.

Lisa feels she finally found her home working with Scott and TJ and what has become the broader group at Avail. Her diverse experience has made her a great addition to the team and the firm’s clients. Lisa feels she found her home when she joined Scott and TJ’s team in 2012 as a marketing director and insurance assistant. Her diverse experience has made her a valuable addition to the team but, more importantly, a valuable resource to Avail’s clients who she “cares passionately about and seeks to treat likely family.”
