Patrice Faraone

Director of Operations

Before working in financial services, Patrice worked in Advertising in New York City. Her experience became more diverse as she translated her advertising and branding skills into event planning roles in industries such as pharmaceuticals. Working closer to home after having three children led her to pursue opportunities away from advertising, given the long commute to NYC. She is grateful to have landed somewhere close to home in New Jersey.

Patrice is an integral part of Avail’s team and uses her broad experience and strong multi-tasking ability in her role. Patrice coordinates day-to-day activities for Avail and services clients and internal constituents. Patrice says her favorite part of working at Avail “is developing relationships with clients that help her better assist the advisors in their own client relationships” and “continuing to work in such a collegiate environment where teamwork is at the heart of everything.”

Patrice is an excellent employee and team player, helping to shape and enforce company cultures and values. She naturally emphasizes Avail Wealth Group’s brand strategy and reminder of the values at the center of the firm. Patrice strives to be positive in all her personal and professional interactions and firmly believes that “staying positive isn’t always easy, but it’s always an open-door invite.”
