Lauren Alfieri

Operations Manager

Lauren graduated cum laude from Berkeley College in Paramus with degrees in Interior Design and Business Management. She started her career in Interior Design, where she excelled at project and team management, ensuring each client’s outcome was specific to their unique wants and desires. While working in Interior Design, Lauren recognized she excelled at developing, managing, and executing her clients’ design strategies. As a result, Lauren decided to seek an operational position where she could utilize these skills and further develop them with on-the-job training and self-study.

Since pivoting into operations, Lauren has received bookkeeping certifications to help increase her knowledge and proficiency in accounting and billing.

Lauren lives in Rockland County, New York.
